In a large measuring cup or medium mixing bowl, combine the unflavored gelatin packets and ½ cup boiling water. Place cups in the fridge to chill for about an hour, or until the gelatin has set. Save the rest for later, but keep it in a place that is warm (near the stove, for example) so that it does not harden.
